My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The cleanliness was commendable, and the amenities provided made for a comfortable experience. However, the poor service from some staff members and the repetitive food offerings left much to be desired. Overall, while it has potential, it doesn't quite meet expectations for a family-friendly hotel.
